Terms of Use

When using Crafter software, you must comply with the following basic terms:

• The Crafter text, link, and visibility in the footer area cannot be changed, edited, or removed
• The license system in the software cannot be interfered with in any way
• Licenses won through giveaways or contests cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to others
• Misleading/false statements about the product cannot be made
• Messages containing insults, slander, or profanity cannot be sent to the Crafter team or staff

Important rules regarding the management of your licenses:

1. If the monthly license fee is not paid, the license will be suspended and automatically reactivated when payment is made
2. Transfer of purchased licenses is free. However, the Crafter team must be informed of this process
3. If the use of nulled paid themes is detected, the Crafter team has the right to cancel the license

In Turkey, there is no right of return for software products after delivery.

The Crafter team reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page and users will be informed.

The following actions may be taken for users who do not comply with the terms of use:

• License cancellation
• Suspension of service access
• Right to pursue legal action
