Refund Policy

Crafter digital services and licenses are in the digital product category. Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once they have been used.

For special cases, license refund requests are evaluated under the following conditions:

1. If 10% of the purchased license period has not been exceeded and there is a valid reason, error, or complaint for your refund request, a refund may be made
2. If 10% of the license period has been exceeded or no valid reason, error, or complaint is provided, the refund will not be accepted
3. Refund requests are evaluated separately for each application and are subject to approval by the Crafter team

The refund request process works as follows:

1. You must submit your refund request before 10% of the license period has elapsed from the date of purchase
2. In your request, you must clearly state the reason for the refund and any errors or complaints you have encountered
3. After your refund application is reviewed, if approved, your payment will be refunded to you as soon as possible

Refund requests are not accepted in the following cases:

1. Requests due to user error, outside the system, or for abuse purposes
2. Licenses given through promotions, campaigns, or for free
3. Requests after digital services have been used

If you experience problems with the services you have purchased, we recommend contacting our technical support team before requesting a refund. We will do our best to resolve your issue.
