Refund Policy for Digital Services
Crafter digital services and licenses are in the digital product category. Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once they have been used.
Refunds are not available for our digital services. We recommend that you review our services in detail before making a purchase.
Refunds for Licenses
For special cases, license refund requests are evaluated under the following conditions:
- If 10% of the purchased license period has not been exceeded and there is a valid reason, error, or complaint for your refund request, a refund may be made
- If 10% of the license period has been exceeded or no valid reason, error, or complaint is provided, the refund will not be accepted
- Refund requests are evaluated separately for each application and are subject to approval by the Crafter team
Refund Process
The refund request process works as follows:
- You must submit your refund request before 10% of the license period has elapsed from the date of purchase
- In your request, you must clearly state the reason for the refund and any errors or complaints you have encountered
- After your refund application is reviewed, if approved, your payment will be refunded to you as soon as possible
Exceptions
Refund requests are not accepted in the following cases:
- Requests due to user error, outside the system, or for abuse purposes
- Licenses given through promotions, campaigns, or for free
- Requests after digital services have been used
Due to the characteristics of digital products, refunds are not possible after they have been used.
