Distance Sales Agreement

This Agreement has been signed between the following parties within the framework of the provisions and conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER accepts that they will be obliged to pay the price and any additional fees when they confirm the order.

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of software licenses and/or services that the BUYER orders electronically on the Crafter website.

Products and services subject to sale:

• Crafter License (Monthly): 119.99₺
• Crafter License (3-Month, 6-Month, Annual): Periodic discounts may apply
• Deployment Service: 89.99₺

Payment and delivery conditions:

1. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer
2. Software licenses and services are delivered digitally after payment confirmation
3. The invoice is sent by email or accessible from the user panel

For digital products and services, there is no right of return or withdrawal after license delivery. (In accordance with Law No. 6502)

General provisions:

1. The BUYER accepts that they have been informed about the basic characteristics, price, and payment method of the product/service before ordering
2. Software and services are delivered to the email address specified by the BUYER or to the user panel
3. If the information provided by the BUYER is incomplete or incorrect, delivery and responsibility belong to the BUYER
4. The parties accept that Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized in disputes arising from this agreement

When the BUYER completes the order, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
